This is the corded version of 'Kites sash d' or 'Kites bldr d' and it cannot be formatted into a builder style design.
Use the x1 version for the chain area in a Double Irish Chain quilt.
Design Features
- the block is quickly placed: while the 'block' sews out as a regular block, it is placed using the p2p function.
- the registration points are at exactly half the height of the block.
- once you have determined the height you want the pattern to sew at, all you have to do is find the centre point at each end.
- on this pattern, the registration point has been set at the tip of the sash.
It can therefore also be placed as a regular block.
