This p2p pattern has been drawn specifically for a Dresden Plate or Dresden Fan block.
While it has been drawn on a plate with 12 segments, it can be used for many other - as shown in the other images where it has been used in plates with both 10 and 16 segments.
Always audition as it can be easily adjusted - for both the number of segments and the size of the central circle.
Tips & Info
- first draw an outline of a segment of the plate you wish to quilt.
- then measure the height you want to stitch the pattern out at.
- next place the design using the p2p function and see if you are happy. If not, adjust to suit.
- finally setting that height with the 'freeze aspect' off - so that all the segments will stitch at the same height.
