This set of patterns have been drawn specifically for Dresden Plate or Dresden Fan blocks - I did not quite know what format etc would be required - so here is the lot in one set!
While the tall pattern has been drawn on a plate with 16 segments, it can be used for many other - as shown in the other images where it has been used in plates with both 12 and 18 segments.
The shorter design has been drawn so that the repeat fits over 2 blades and subsequently its base is a little different to the taller one.
The single segments are formatted as p2p patterns.
The full circular array has been formatted as a regular block and in a p2psu format - please note how each is orientated.
The registration points for the p2psu are at the very points of the blades.

Design Features
- the p2p formats can easily be adjusted to cater for different length blades as well as differing numbers of blades and differing rotations
- the p2psu format is really useful for those with Statler Stitchers. It means rotation and sizing is automatically dealt with.
Tips & Info
- for the p2p formats: apart from changing the base design, the height was manually adjusted to suit the length of the blade.
- for the circular array: the diameter of the circle was 4", the length of the blade was 3.5" - it will readily fit any Dresden plate or fan with similar proportions.
