A swirly pair of adjustable width frames - with the hint of leaves.
Measure the width you want the frame stitching to be, and set that as the height the pattern is to sew out at, and then simply click (at the depth of the margin) inside the four corners - and your done!
The two subsidary illustrations show how the shorter design looks firstly if it is made wider than designed and secondly if it is narrower than designed - it copes very well.
However, just in case you need really long and skinny - I have included a longer version as well.
