The centre for a hatched - or cross hatched (depending on the angle you look at it) Double Wedding inner - but those subtle curves really do make it elegant.

The abbreviations in the name:?
This pattern has been drawn to fit a DWR quilt made with either of two rulers:
- 'SC' Cheryl Phillip's 'Simple Curves' tool and
- 'QC' Jenny Pedigo's 'Quick Curve' ruler which she used to makethe Metro Rings Quilt with.

If you want these curves to fit a quilt which has used a different pattern for its piecing - please do not hesitate to contact me.

Design Features

Designed to stitch right around the outside first and the go across and up and down until all the hatching is complete. The stitching only ever goes out into the corners once.
I very rarely do lines on the outside of my designs as it is just so hard for them to fit accurately - however, with cross-hatching there is very little that can be done about it - just use those morphing tools as required.
-please note that the outer lines have not been designed to go right out into the ditch - about a .2 inch margin has been allowed for
for the Statler Stitcher there are p2psu (point to point set up) versions of this pattern - where they can be placed using the p2p function. The registrations points are shown with an *. Audition first - just to check the final registration points - are they going to be right at the patchwork intersections - or just inside - or just outside. Everyone's seam allowances are just a little different.
