This design really frames a Dresden Plate block. It is especially useful
if the Dresden Plate does not fill out to the sides and the frame you
want to use does not come in far enough

Design Features
- note that this design is specifically for a Dresden Plate with 20 blades. The little pearl drops go on strange angles when the plate has a different number of blades. If you want one for a different number of blades - please contact me.

Tips & Info
- to go around pointy tips - increase the height of the design. Once the height is decided on - enter that into the pattern details and turn the freeze aspect ratio off (so that the design will always come in at the desired height. The image with the swag going over the tops have swags quite close to the tips. The bottom swags have had their height increased even further to clear the tips a bit more. All look great!
