Made as a two sided quilt for a class sample - with the back looking quite different from the front.
On the machine black fabric was the backing and cream fabric was the top. For the outline dark navy thread was used in the bobbin and cream on the top.
On this quilt it is interesting to see just how much the width of the two names has been squashed and the lettering still looks good. The original sizing can be seen in the illustration of the quilting patterns lower down the page.
