Hexagon Stacks
Amelia Poore-Bone, Fabrics by the Creek, Lake Jackson, TexasAmelia added great texture to this quilt with the quilting designs she chose.
Each of the hexagons are differently piece and the quilting could have easily left the whole thing quite disjointed. However, Amelia was very clever and chose to limit her quilting designs having the same one play differently with each of the piecing options.
The diamond designs are p2p ones, and the cross hatched star was able to be quickly and accurately placed with the p2p function with her Statler Stitcher.
