This fussy cut colour wash of hexagons is a delight - inviting one to look more and more into it. Jocelyn has an amazing sense of design and use of colour.<br>

I was around when it came to the quilting, and Jocelyn was very particular as to what designs she wanted, and which she wanted adapted. She was using a Statler Stitcher and so all the blocks were quickly and accurately placed using the p2p function - with them being correctly sized and rotated by those two registration clicks. <br>

Many of the quilting designs framed the printed fabric motifs,adding more drama to an already dramatic masterpiece. Well done Jocelyn.

Tips & Info

for this quilt one had to be sure to select the pattern which was designed for the group of 7 hexagons - not the single hexagon. If a pattern is for a group of 7 it will have the number 7 in its name.
